About me
I spend my days untangling complex products into something people actually enjoy using. Deep in a music rabbit hole or shipping side projects at midnight. Over six years in — still just as obsessed.
The story
I started in front-end. My first real job was building client website templates at a small web studio — writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, sitting next to graphic designers and watching the gap between their mockups and what actually shipped. That gap bothered me.
I started learning design to close it. Freelancing through Liff Studio gave me reps — landing pages, e-commerce, SaaS sites — and taught me that good design isn't about aesthetics, it's about decisions. Every layout choice is an argument about what the user should do next.
At Lundegaard I got to stress-test that belief at scale. Three years across MONETA, ČEZ, Generali, and others — research-heavy, stakeholder-heavy, real constraints. I ran discovery, built design systems, tested with real users, and shipped things that mattered to people's daily lives. Doubled a homepage CTR. Digitized a paper-based sales process used by hundreds of field reps.
The front-end background never went away. It makes me faster in handoff, more honest about what's actually buildable, and better at working with engineers who can tell when a designer has never touched code.
These days I work AI-first. Not because it does the creative work for me — it doesn't, but because it removes the friction that used to slow everything down.
More time thinking. Less time on the tedious stuff. This portfolio was built that way :-) .

Process
I start by understanding the core problem through research and audits, finding the tension between user needs and business goals.
I synthesize research into clear opportunity areas. Aligning stakeholders and sketching early saves weeks of rework later.
Ideas sharpen through iteration. I prototype quickly and test with real users to validate assumptions before committing.
I collaborate closely with engineers through handoff and QA. Shipping is the beginning of learning, not the end of the work.
Career
Worked across multiple client engagements as a UX designer at a digital product studio. Led discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing across complex B2B and B2C products. Key clients included MONETA Money Bank, ČEZ, Generali, ALD Automotive, TS Bohemia or Goldman Sachs.
For a year, I worked with Generali on a large-scale product redesign.
Led the redesign of MONETA's public website — 300+ user tests, 10,000+ session recordings, and 1,000+ heatmaps informed the design. Built a design system with Design Tokens for cross-team consistency. Mobile-first approach (65%+ mobile traffic), WCAG 2.0 compliant. Delivered new B2C, entrepreneur, and business sections, online flows for 40+ products, and doubled homepage CTR.
Transformed a paper-based internal sales process into a tablet-first application for sales teams, storemasters, and technical staff at one of the region's largest energy providers. Ran workshops with four key personas, designed a complex product catalog UX, and introduced a multi-view feature (technical drawings, product renders, photos) to support field staff.
Delivered end-to-end UX and UI design for a range of clients — landing pages, e-commerce, and SaaS presentation sites. Handled wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and responsive design across multiple brands.
Developed client website templates and collaborated with graphic designers and project managers on web delivery. First professional role combining design sensibility with front-end implementation.
