Prototypes, side projects, and rabbit holes — things built for curiosity.
I use Apple Mail every day. I came across a LinkedIn post last week about confusing email actions in Apple Mail. Someone mentioned accidentally hitting the wrong button. I've done the same thing... after years of daily use, I still occasionally hit Forward when I meant to Reply. Small things can sometimes solve big problems. **Here's what changed and why:** * Search moved closer to the email list -> where your eye already goes * Forward now uses a split arrow from SF Symbols -> visually distinct from Send at a glance * Reply actions shifted right -> creating cleaner separation between other actions and responding * The main Reply button highlighted in primary color –> 90% action deserves 90% visual weight What's a UI detail that has quietly frustrated you for years - that nobody seems to talk about?
